Ahmed Al-Rabooy

Ahmed Al-Rabooy is the General Manager of Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and a newly appointed board member at Retaj Engineering & Consulting Co. In his role at the Ministry of Culture, he oversees financial operations, formulates strategic plans, and drives revenue optimization to support the organization’s cultural mission.

With over 15 years of experience in executive roles across the banking and government sectors, Mr. Al-Rabooy has successfully led large-scale financial initiatives, optimized resource allocation, and delivered sustainable results.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, as well as two Master’s degrees in Management and Finance. His areas of expertise include strategic financial planning, revenue growth strategies, and implementing innovative financial solutions to enhance organizational performance.
