Khalid M. Radwan

Khalid M. Radwan is the Chairman of Saudi Arabian firm Retaj Engineering & Consulting. Bringing nearly 30 years of real estate, urban planning and financial expenditure planning experience to the firm, Mr. Radwan is a pivotal strategic leader in guiding Retaj’s operations. Mr. Radwan’s responsibilities include solidifying direction for the firm’s board of directions, helping maintain high governance standards and advising top level decision making within the company.

By merit of a sustained commitment to excellence, Mr. Radwan has enjoyed a fruitful career thus far, establishing a proven track record of achieving growth objectives and increasing organization’s efficiencies. Prior to joining Retaj, Mr. Radwan held several executive positions within the Saudi Airlines Real Estate Development Company (SARED) over the course of more than 10 years. In his most recent role as SARED’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Radwan was responsible for directing business management, overseeing megaproject’s development and designing strategies that effectively deal with future changes within the sector.

Mr. Radwan holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from King Abdul-Aziz University (KAAU) in addition to Certified Property Management (CPM) accreditation from the Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI). Mr. Radwan is also a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
