Retaj was appointed to design work for this mixed-use complex built in Khobar Saudi Arabia. The following design of a mixed-use complex made by Retaj team, consisting of ten residential towers, a recreation area, a gym and cafes, was presented to and approved by the client. The design promotes a new urban model that supports pedestrian connections, urban density and sustainable development while seeking to have one community.
