Eng. Osama Khalid Radwan

Osama Radwan is a Partner and member of the board of directors for Retaj Engineering & Consulting. A versatile manager in both the product and processes of construction, Mr. Radwan is responsible for developing corporate strategy as well as building and maintaining high-level client relationships. He also manages and leads the performance of the company’s service portfolio, actively deploying coordinated means to improve both the profitability and market presence of Retaj domestically and abroad.

Mr. Radwan joined Retaj from Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC) where he worked as both a category manager and project engineer for a five-year span, successfully progressing to a role that balanced major procurement for business services and technical construction management for projects. In the past, Mr. Radwan has also served as an Assistant Project Director for AR18, a UK-based bespoke retail manufacturer.

Osama Radwan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of West London as well as a master’s degree in management in construction from Kingston University in London.
