The brief was to design a master plan compound .that serves 400 people with their families, the client wants to create a community within the compound, the site is located in Obhur right next to the beach side of Jeddah. The compound is comprised of 12 separate residential apartment blocks of 3 level height, containing a total of 60 apartments, plus an additional type F&B blocks ranging from two to three level townhouses. The main design idea is to maximize the views toward the recreational area which has a café, supermarket, gym and swimming pool surrounded by landscape. The project was completed in 2014.
