A critical site, this plot is a congested intersection of Sari street crossing Prince Sultan street where there is heavy traffic and a lot of other similar projects are around this plot, Retaj designed 5 projects on this strip and this is to be the first one seen when driving from east to west. We believe that KSA represents a market with the vision to realize world-class architecture within its cities and as such is an exciting and inspiring environment, such as these projects we designed on Sari street, 5 projects on the same street either next to each other or opposite each other all are aiming to be connected with pedestrian pathways and to serve as a commercial street, F&B hub in a very dynamic area between King road and Prince Sultan Street, these shops are expected to open their doors in 2021.
