The main facade of the villa, the concept of this alternative is to make a dominant gate mass followed by shredded masses, industrial modern style and materials. While the main concept was to have a sunken below street level to protect the privacy of the users, Charged to give a cozy atmosphere with different perception and mental images, sheltered common areas of walkways and gardens beneath the two wings of the L shaped masses. While the inner facades of the wings are entirely glazed, the northern and western exterior-facing elevations feature shading louvers as sunscreens characterizing the masses.
