The Boxes house is a 4 bedroom villa, the concept is a modern abstraction of the old Hijazy design, the extruded cantilever mass represent the old mashrabiya, the used color scheme, the mixture of materials such as Mangabi stone, basalt marble and other local materials all matches the visual image of the old town, instead its located in the one of Jeddah’s newest districts “obhur” 5 minutes away from the upcoming jeddah tower project which will be the worlds tallest tower when completed.
