Retaj architects were appointed to design an office building in Al-Rawdah district which created in an interesting design of 9 floors of offices, penthouse and ground floor retail shops.
A combined design team of engineers and architects, approved inspectors and sustainability and structural engineers set out to meet current regulations.
The respect of the human scale is mandatory while designing. Nevertheless, the higher the ceiling, the more luxurious the space. The vertical lines and horizontal lines cross each other and generate a grid that gives rhythm to the space. Nature is also presented by the organic shaped ceiling and chandeliers and emphasized by greenery located in several areas.
