Located in the retail area of Jeddah city, Omnia retail centre meets functional needs for offices and retail vacancies, mainly serving the surrounding retailers.
The design of the project is based on the principle of ‘creating a nature-friendly building. Inspired by the combination of corridors and open spaces on the ground floor which makes it a harmonious space for all users.
Architecture is based on the principle of having an oval shape building with flares on the east and west side of the building that makes it a landmark for many people refer too as its in high dynamic intersection of Madinah road and Prince Saud Alfaisal street.
