This project is one of our many designs for space relating. Our approach to the interior design of the hotel has been to borrow the exciting architectural language of the hotel’s exterior. Located within Alrawdah district, the hotel has 220 rooms, each floor consisting of a mix of deluxe, junior and premier rooms. The staged development was designed by Retaj team to upgrade and update the existing demolished building, the client asked to redesign the existing building and to increase the area and to improve the efficiency of the layout. An important aspect of the design was to use local materials, use the existing structure and the creation of a new entry of the building.
